These Service Terms apply to all game on our platform. By placing an order and completing payment, you fully accept and agree to all provisions below.

1. Scope of Service

All game rules, account policies and game content are subject to the official game’s user agreement. 1.3 Virtual items include steps, lives, gold coins, points, combo packs and monthly VIP bundles. 2. Purchase & Eligibility

2.1 You confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction when placing an order. Minors are not permitted to make purchases on this platform. 2.2 You must provide correct and valid game account information when submitting your order. You are fully responsible for any delivery failure caused by wrong account information you provide. 2.3 All prices displayed on the website are final prices, including applicable taxes and service fees. There are no hidden extra charges. Prices and product availability may be adjusted without prior notice.

3. Automatic Delivery Rules

3.1 After successful payment confirmation, virtual items will be automatically delivered to your game account. Normal delivery completes within 1‑60 seconds. In rare system delays, delivery may take up to 5 minutes. 3.2 Once virtual resources are issued to your game account, the order is deemed completed. 3.3 If payment is deducted but items are not received due to server failure, network error or system maintenance, please contact customer service with your order ID for manual verification and supplementary delivery.

4. Refund & Return Policy

4.1 All virtual game items are irreversible digital goods. After successful delivery, all sales are final. No refunds, returns, exchanges or partial refunds are available. 4.2 Chargebacks or malicious disputes after successful item delivery will be considered a breach of this agreement. We reserve the right to refuse future service and pursue relevant legal remedies. 4.3 Refund requests will only be considered in rare cases where payment is confirmed but no virtual items have ever been delivered after reasonable verification.

5. User Obligations & Prohibited Behaviors

5.1 You shall not resell, trade, transfer, gift or resell purchased virtual items to third parties. Any resale or external trading of virtual resources is strictly forbidden. 5.2 You agree not to use stolen cards, fraudulent payment methods or conduct any money‑laundering‑related transactions. We reserve the right to freeze, cancel or terminate your order and service access if suspicious transactions are detected. 5.3 You shall comply with the official game’s user agreement. We shall not be liable for account bans, resource loss or restrictions caused by violations of official game rules.

6. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

6.1 Virtual items are granted a limited, personal, non‑transferable license for in‑game use only. You do not own any real‑world property rights to these virtual assets. 6.2 We reserve the right to modify, adjust or remove virtual item functions at our discretion.

7. Customer Support

7.1 For order‑related issues, you must provide your order number, payment receipt screenshot and game account information for verification. 7.2 Support response time is within 24‑48 business hours. We will not respond to requests without valid order information.

8. Disclaimer of Liability

8.1 We only provide top‑up delivery service. We are not responsible for game server downtime, official game updates, account suspension or any issues originating from the official game side. 8.2 We shall not be liable for indirect losses, lost profits or damages arising from use or inability to use our virtual items.

9. Amendments

We reserve the right to revise these Service Terms at any time. Updated terms will be published on this page. Continued use of our service after revisions constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction. Any disputes shall be resolved through friendly negotiation first.
