Payment Terms & Policies
1. Payment Authorization By completing the payment, you confirm that you are the legal owner of the payment method used and authorize our platform to charge the corresponding amount for your virtual game order. All payments must be made through our official authorized payment channels.
2. Order & Charging Rules All displayed product prices are final transaction prices, including all service fees and platform fees. No hidden charges will be applied. Once the payment is successful, the order cannot be modified, changed, or canceled manually.
3. Virtual Goods No-Refund Rule All items sold on this platform are intangible virtual game products (game steps, lives, gold coins, points, and gift packs). After payment confirmation and system automatic delivery, no refund, return, or partial refund is available. All sales are final.
4. Payment Failure & Abnormal Orders If your payment is deducted but the order displays unpaid or items are not delivered due to network delay, system maintenance or technical exceptions, please contact our customer service with your order ID. We will verify and complete delivery or fix the order status free of charge.
5. Illegal Payment Behavior Prohibition Any fraudulent payment, chargeback abuse, stolen card payment, illegal arbitrage or abnormal transaction behavior is strictly prohibited. Our platform reserves the right to suspend, freeze or
terminate your order and account service once violations are detected.
6. Chargeback Disclaimer Users voluntarily purchase virtual game props for personal entertainment. Any unauthorized chargeback or malicious dispute after successful delivery will be regarded as a violation of the transaction agreement. We reserve the right to pursue legal liability and blacklist the relevant account.
7. Billing & Transaction Records System transaction records shall be regarded as the only valid basis for order judgment. Users agree to take the platform’s backend data as the standard for delivery status, payment status and order disputes handling.
